We bring your project the solution from the suppliers we represent and, when it is not in the portfolio, we search the global market.
Portfolio
Packaging that has to survive handling, puncturing and contact with grease without losing its oxygen barrier. BOPA, biaxially oriented polyamide known in the trade as nylon, is a transparent, printable thermoplastic with a relatively high melting point and exceptional strength and toughness. DSG represents domestic and international suppliers of this film and follows the specification alongside the client technical team, from structure definition to lot availability.
When the pack needs stiffness, gloss and good print without driving up the cost of the structure. BOPP is biaxially oriented polypropylene, available transparent, opaque, matte or metallised. It is the highest volume film in flexible packaging, which also means the widest quality variation between suppliers. DSG curates that origin.
Tray and cup lidding, where opening has to be clean and predictable for the consumer. Specified by seal strength and opening behaviour: peelable or weldable. Getting it wrong against the tray material is what causes returned lots. DSG makes that match with the client technical team.
Markets
Preserve the product and keep it safe, extending shelf life and cutting spoilage losses. The factors to control are moisture, air, temperature swing, light and micro-organisms.
Animal feed segment. The stand up pouch is widely used for its versatility, taking solid, paste, liquid and powder feed.

Tell us the structure and the application. DSG searches the portfolio of the suppliers it represents and, failing that, the global market.
